When you buy All-Access, Streamlined Markets LLC gives you a lifetime license to use its source code and to white-label it. We keep ownership of the original code, and you own the changes you make, subject to these rules.
What you can do
- Use the software on your own computers and accounts
- Read, edit, customize and add to the code
- Rebrand it with your own name and logo
- Sell or share the finished tool with your own customers, with your code protected so they can't get the source
What you can't do
- Resell, share or give away the source code, whether original or changed, or publish it anywhere
- Pass these white-label rights to anyone else
- Offer customers a source code or white-label deal of your own
- Use our names or trademarks, including Streamlined Markets and Setup Stack, on your rebranded version
Third-party parts
Some parts come from other companies under their own licenses, which are included in your download. The charts use the Vela library, which requires a small visible Vela credit on any screen that shows a chart. You can restyle or move the credit, but you can't remove it.
Your own customers
If you sell a rebranded version, you're the seller. You're responsible for your customers, your support, and following the laws and platform rules that apply to you.
No warranty
The software is provided as is. Our terms of service also apply, including the sections on trading risk and limits of liability.
Ending this license
If you break these rules, this license ends and you must stop using and selling the software. We may take steps to have copies removed.
